I wanted something really cozy and textured so I got myself some of the #bouclecloudyarn from #weareknitters and got to work. I made this updated version of my Roslyn Shawl, it’s extra large and extra soft. You can find the crochet pattern in my #etsy shop.
In the last photo, I’m using a bandana slide to secure the shawl instead of just wrapping or tying the ends. I started experimenting with different ways to secure scarves and shawls without tying the ends which I feel can be bulky and uncomfortable at times. I really like how this looks and it was also easy and comfortable. I got the slide on #etsy from The Gilded Poppy Shop.

Working on more cool weather projects. I made these hoods using bulky weight yarn. They work up super fast and are very fun to make. I’ll probably make a bunch more throughout the season in different colors.

The brown one is made with natural yarn from @wigglygoatfarm and the pink one uses Hue & Me from @lionbrandyarn and @twoofwands

I finished my modified version of the #agnessweatervest by @bethanylynne_makes

I used scrap yarn for the first 3 rounds of each square and then used a couple skeins of some really soft and lovely merino silk blend yarn from @raczkowski.jan for the final round and the ribbed borders. I did a front post and back post double crochet rib for the borders because I’m not much of a knitter. This makes for slightly bulkier borders than the knit ones in the original but they are so squishy and cozy! I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend the tutorial/pattern!
